Hi everyone

well, i maintained this week, im feeling a bit like i might be stuck in a rut eating wise and wondered if you guys could share what you eat when you want a bit of a boost or kickstart? i dont particularly want to do success express but if i dont get results this coming week i will be going down that route.

feeling a bit fed up with group as well, tonight it really dragged on and was just going round the room talking about what people had lost/not lost and why. it just wasnt motivating.

i still am really motivated and keen to carry on with my weight loss, target is in sight and im feeling better and can wear what i like now which is great, and my fitness has improved tremendously, i just need to get over this little slow bit.

Wow - you are nearly into that last stone - well done. I'm not doing sw so no help with food ideas - sorry. Best of luck with the rest of your slimming journey.
Thank you:) I have heard that the last stone is the hardest to lose!

I have no food ideas, but christine, who runs my group, always sends me a text each week and it actually really helps..

Some weeks its easy & some weeks its hard, the answer is simple - just be on your guard. Know your danger foods & plan ahead, is it chocolate, alcohol or even bread? Slimming World plans are the easiest thats true, its all in your book, you know what to do! Today is the start of a brand new week, follow the plan without any tweak. The weight loss you want will surley follow as long as you watch what you swallow!

Hope it helps you like it did me x

get any books/mags you have out...or check out this site or sw site for recipies and sit down and do a meal plan for the week (or whatever time frame you choose).
i always do this when i get stuck in a rut and find as well as naturally picking different things to eat when gives me that kickstart it also gives me bags of enthusiasm looking at all the yummy scrummy things i can eat!!

Actually I've got the most of the extra easy books except the curry one. I've been doing mainly green so maybe a week on extra easy will get things moving in a downward direction.

Thanks for all your help everyone:) our consultant doesn't do texts I don't think. My friend's does & I think it's nice that they think of those who've been struggling the rest of the week.

Bit frustrated really as I've stuck to plan perfectly and even resisted pizza hut pizza which my husband scoffed in front of me while I had my jacket potato! I was off plan Friday but it wasn't that bad really.
