OMG I am so upset today! Been struggling since Thursday as I was dissapointed with my loss after a 100% week, but I should be proud its all in the right direction!! But I must have consumed 2 weeks worth of syns last night and im gutted as it will probably mean my first gain!!! I know I cant turn back time but I NEED to stick to this and I know a good telling off from you guys will help :cry::cry::cry:

Has anyone ever managed to pull back a seriously bad weekend to get a STS??? :sigh:

______________________ here is the line to draw under last night. Have you actually added up the syns from last night, might not be as bad as you think. If it is bad, then rein it in all week, plenty of water, plenty of superfree.
Sometimes after a blow out, it instigates a good loss! such is the way of SW.

Thanks guys feeling less miserable about it now, and I WILL get back on track and WILL face weigh in this week and not chicken out lol
