Working Solutions Need adive

Hey. I haven't been on in ages. But I've still been working away at exante to maintain my weight.
The past three days my weight is going up!!! I'm not 4lbs heavier from Friday. But I haven't cheated
I'm sure my period is due in a few days but can that really affect what much of a weight gain?

You may be retaining water because of it. I find that I put on or sts on my monthly week. I'd just wait a week and drink lots of water hopefully it will level out.
