Extra Easy Need an opinion on what I'm eating!

    I've been on and off SW for a while now and when I say that, I mean day on, day off. I've stuck to it for a week now which I'm quite proud of, and although I don't weigh myself at the end of every week (I'm no longer an official SW member), I certainly feel healthier.

    I was just curious if what I'm eating is actually okay, so here are yesterday and today's diaries.

    3 egg omelette with pepper, onions and mushrooms with half a tin of beans
    Jacket Potato with 1 syn of Flora, half a tin of beans, 3 rashers of bacon with fat cut off and a large side salad
    Snacks: Banana, grapes, apple, 2 syn of jelly, can of Fanta

    Uncle Ben's Thai Sweet Chilli Rice (2 syns) with a tin of tuna
    Casserole: Extra lean beef, carrots, potatoes, peas, onions
    Snacks: Can of Fanta, banana, grapes, strawberries, treat size malteasers (5)

    Sounds good but don't forget your healthy extra's too.
