This is getting beyond a joke now, I keep saying this is the last time I'm restarting but I never stick to it. Enough is enough, I'm going to post my food and how my day has been every single day regardless of what I eat. If I don't admit I've eaten it I won't accept it.

I'm doing a mixture of slimming world and calorie counting but not sticking 100% to slimming world rules.

Yesterday was a good day!

Weekends are tough especially at this time of year.

I have been struggling myself and so far today it has been going well.

Weekends are the devil!! But at least you are already taking positive steps by making lunch/snacks for work :D x
