For my dinner the other night I got two skinned and boned chicken thighs, breasts should work too, and spread a little garlic and herb Philly on top. Topped that with fat free bacon and stuck it in the oven gas mark 6 (200 degrees) for like twenty five - thirty minutes. I swear down its the nicest thing I've ever put in my gob!
I had it with loads of broccoli but you can have whatever you like on the side
