Can anybody confirm calories in diet coke OFF THE PUMP IN THE BAR is it same as regular can / bottle diet coke!???

I am sure they are , but if you are on exante diet coke is a no no and will effect ketosis xx

Thanks I was caught short in the pub last night n needed to know. I was sure it was but somebody told me it wasn't so mind went into overload lol! I know the citric acid isn't good for ketosis but I don't seem to be sensitive to it, start of day 4 me just checked with a ketostick after several diet cokes last night n I'm pleased to say I'm totally in ketosis n not showing signs if dehydration :-D

Onwards n downwards from here!!!! Woop woop!
