Step 1 Sole Source need help getting back on plan

Hey everyone,

I started sole source at the end of Feb for 3 weeks and lost 18.5lbs and then came off it.

I went on holiday for a week and put back on 3lbs of weight I had lost.

I am planning on going back on the plan but finding it hard as I have been of plan for 5 weeks.

Does anyone no if you get same results as first time round or does you weight come of slower?

Any comments would be great.

I can't say for 100% but would've though due to bing in ketosis before there's a chance you'll get there quicker and more effectively.
 
I find the losses about the same - but often without the good loss in the first week.
