Need help getting unstuck

I have got stuck with my weight loss and I need some tips to get moving again. I have stayed the same weight for 3 weeks now and I'm really not sure why. :confused: I am exercising 4 times a week and sticking to the plan.

What can I try? Your help, advice and tips are much appreciated. :)

Vary your diet, and vary your exercise,

trying new things "shocks" the body and will give it a bit of a kick start
