It's kinda confusing because they say that I can have the maintenance orange creme drink with my breakfast or on it's own at anytime.

Same with the other foods, they say that I can have them with my meals, and the vegetable soup I can add veg or potatoes to it.

Yeah I think this is a bit confusing too!

I think the general idea that they're trying to push is that you have a maintenance product just before a meal and keep the meal to under 100cals (!!) - this way you're getting the nutrients in the product and should lose weight. Seems mad to me. I'll be using them as meal replacements when it's inconvenient to carry anything else around. I had a bar in the night last night - you'll be pleased to hear it's a vast improvement on the flapjacks. I've heard say it's too sweet but I didn't find it overly sweet. It WAS quite heavy though. xx

Hi Yas, glad to have you back on here! I have been using them as meal replacements. I think when it says you can have them with other food, it means for example to have a roll with the soup or put your own veg in it. Hope that helps a bit? xx

Well that would constitute the 100 cals they say to keep your meal down to when having a maintenance product I suppose.

You COULD have roll with your soup on refeed after day 3 - it would just be that bread serving we were talking about earlier - it would be a meal that way though - not a snack IMO xx

Hi Yas, got to say I've only eaten one thing from the free maintenance pack I sent away for and that was the bar...it was SO delicious and sweet, that I thought...Oh-Oh!!! I could get seriously addicted and eat 3 on the trot if I actually bought the maintenance products....I'll give the rest of the freebees away.

Isn't that strange when I didn't find it that sweet .... ?? Maybe it was a one-off. Maybe I'll reserve judgement till I have another
