Green Days Need help!!!

    Im starting slimming world coz I've tried every diet about and heard good fings bout slimming world. Where I'm a single mum I'm always in a rush around especially around lunch time. Is der any good quick and easy recipes sumone could help me with???

    The best thing to do if you're pushed for time I've found is to batch cook one day and freeze meal size portions of healthy foods. For example I might make a quorn curry or a veg casserole and then freeze them...if I can't be bothered cooking or don't have time I can just stick one of them in the microwave.

    Alternatively there's stuff like mugshots, or home made soup...just keep a pan of it in the fridge and it'll last a good few days. I like stuff like poached egg on toast too...quick and easy and keeps you full for ages.

    Yeah it'll take you a few weeks of reading your books and checking everything but after a while it becomes second nature and a lot easier to follow. Best thing is to be prepared cos if you're not then you can get stuck on what meals to have and think "oh f it" and go off track. Have a nose in the recipes section, there's some fab meals there if you want to try new stuff...alternatively just try different ways of cooking and preparing your own favourite meals.
