Hi all,

I'm on my own tonight as my OH is away with work and I wondered if anyone had any tasty recipes that they could suggest, either syn free or very low syn

Depends on what day your doing, im on green and having sw veg quiche with sw chips and salad tonight, all free!

Or you could do pasta bolognaise on ee and freeze the extre portions, or lasagne which freezes just as well

hi Bucksfizz, apologies, I replied to you yesterday but it hasnt shown up on the thread, I'm going to make the quiche tomorrow night and the lasagne on Sunday, they are lovely and so filling and tasty!

I ended up having chilli last night, very nice
