need recipe ideas please

hi , just clearing out my fridge & come across tub of cottage chese with yesterdays use by date , do think its ok to use it today & make quiche with it ? , also have an unopened carton of creme fraiche which has couple more days left on it , but i am clueless what to use this with or for ! any recipe inspiration please , also is it ok to freeze it once cooked ( whatever i do cook !), thanks
 
This is perfectly OK to use if it's unopened ( think about it they sell Soured Cream for recepies !
Especially if you are going to cook it!!
Make some cheese scones made them for the first time last night ! But must admit added 1/2 tub lowlow chilly cheese spread(HE a).
They are lovely on their own or brighten up a mug shot Tomato!!
But I made them with the small bite size cutter made 21 therefore next time going to try and add whole pot of lowlow chilly and count Syns as whole pot is 16syns it would only be less than one SYN! If the consistency works. Will let you know !
