We're having quorn fillets and leftover mash patties. Apparently you have to cook the fillets in a sauce, so any ideas of one which would go well?

    Thanks xxx

Even simpler, we just use a flavoured box of chopped tomatoes from Tesco or Sainsbury's (the ones with olives in are NOT free!).

We find these thicker than the tins, and often now use them as syn free 'gravy' - some in our group even use them as pasta sauce!
