I think just about all of us have been there. Why not take a minute to think about why you started. Write it down somewhere (I've got mine on the back of my SW book) think about how far you've come, how different you feel. Are you sick of eating the same foods maybe? Or even just sick of THINKING about food, I know I get like that, I just wish I could go to the freezer and fling in some 'oven crap' for tea (you know, breaded chicken, chips and onion rings YUM!)
Maybe read some of the inspirational stories on here or in the magazines/online? .x.
