Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help me, I'm after the syn values for a few things please.
Birds eye cod fish fingers
Birds eye chargrilled chicken original
Birds eye sticky bbc chicken
Birds eye creamy garlic and herb chicken
Birds eye simply fish cod

Birds eye cod fish fingers ~ 2 each ( those in batter are 3 ) Birds eye chargrilled chicken original ~ 3 each Birds eye sticky bbc chicken~ ( are these the chargrills?) if so 3.5 each Birds eye creamy garlic and herb chicken ~ 12 Birds eye simply fish cod ~ Im not sure of this one, but if its JUST cod with nothing added I would presume it was free.
