Well some have you im sure know me as have been on and offthe last year,sadly still have the weight and more to shift,

Have tried cambridge and slimming world, and to be honest didnt get on too well with either.

I work shifts and to be honest rely quite alot on ready meals having no access to fridge at work and a microwave if im lucky, sometimes have to cart food around for hours, breaks are scheduled anything from 2 hour to 7 hours in to the shift.

Hi meneither, I lost a lost of weight with a mixture of VCLD and ended up on W8 - was so impressed I became a counsellor because of their options to "add a meal" and introduction of new varieties including a spagetti bolognaise mealpak, perfect for anyone on shiftwork to take and it only takes boiled water and 2 mins in the microwave and is soooo yummy!
