Hi, I will be starting sw tomorrow after gaining back some of the weight I had previously lost! I used to be around 13st and I got down to 9st 3 by doing green days but then I slowly started adding extra biscuits here and there and before you know it I'm eating tons of junk and have lost any control and willpower I ever had. Still, I'm back as of tomorrow and will be doing it at home with my 2012 books.. so if I'm doing it wrong at all please let me know. I'm nearly 30 and have 3 children so I'm usually very busy. Sorry if its all a bit vague but this phone is awful to type on!! Lol.
