Need to take my anger out!!!

Well i feel so p***ed off at putting weight on.. despite being 100% ss, that i have decided that i'm going to the gym tonight to try and burn some off this stuborn weight off, it's time my lard ass was shrinking... so if the diet alone wont do it then drastic action is needed. I know i'm prob just having one of those weeks, TOTM, not drinking enough water and constipation... but i was so gutted when i got on the scales that i could have cried.... so i have gone from being upset to p***sed off, so i thought i would use this negative energy and rage and go push myself at the gym, as well as swimming, followed by a sauna and jakuzi ( might help me feel better). I need my head back in a possitve frame of mind rather than stuck in the fridge thinking about cheating!!
Sorry for ranting but just neaded to get it off my chest!

Can totally understand why you're upset :patback:

Just be aware that exercise can make your muscles retain water so if you're doing it purely to see the results on the scales then you might be shooting yourself in the foot :(

And not being funny but you didn't 100% SS last week - because you didn't drink enough water! A lot of people get tripped up because they see the water almost as an optional extra that you "try" and do but in reality it is as integral to the diet's success as not eating carbs or whatever.

Stick with it hunni, you've done so well so far xxx

I know you are really upset, but you have not gained any weight. If you have stuck to SS 100% it is physically impossible to gain weight! So try not to panic, drink lots and lots of water and next week you will see a huge drop in weight! I promise you. If the scales say you are heavier, it will be due to either constipation, water retention (because you have not drunk enough!) Or the TOTM. So keep your chin up! Be strong! You are losing weight, you will succeed! xxx

Glad to hear you are doing something positive with your anger, you are determined that this diet will work and that's great!
Just a thought about your 2lbs on this week, were you wearing exactly the same clothes and weighed at the same time of day, drunk any extra drinks just before WI? I only say this because 1 week whilst on SS i bought meself some lovely boots and wore them to my next weigh-in not even thinking it would make a difference got on the scale and stayed the same, was gutted but i got home weighed myself on the previous shoes and the boots and they were about 2lbs heavier! so I noted this for future weigh-ins and made certain i was wearing pretty much the same thing every week. Don't know if this helps any but lots of little things can make a difference to the scale, and don't worry if you are SS'ing you cannot fail to lose weight.

i wore the same clothes and got weighed at same time, not had a drink since dinner time and it was 6:30 when i got weighed ( had been at work and not had time for a drink.. naughty naughty i know) plus i take shoes of to get weighed. Just gonna do a cardio work out and try get some possitive will power and try not dwell on weight, although not easy!!!

Well i went to the gym and had a swim aswell, then chilled in jakuzi and sauna last night. So my mind feels better... much better, i'm going again on Sunday. I also got weighed on the electrinic scales, the ones that measures hight, weight and BMI, and according to that i weigh 13s 4lb, which is 5lb less than i weighed on wednesday, so i hope that this is correct as i feel a bit better about it. So all that drinking water must be helping. I'm just a bit worried it could just be a difference of scales.
