Needed some motivation so wondered onto the internet..

Hey guys.

Im 17, a Londoner and a guy.

I started my attempt at weight loss last year, i got off to a very good start, i managed to get from 105 Kg, down to 80 Kg, I then slowly stopped excersising and found myself gaining weight again, and pretty soon i was up to 88 Kg again, and have gotten back on track and am now down to 86 Kg again, and this time im hoping to get to 70 Kg.

I aim to lose about 1 Kg A week, i managed to hit this consistently before, and am sure i can do it again, Either way, i want to be at around 70kg By New years.

I have started weight lifting at the gym now again as well, so i guess weight loss will be hard to tell, but, ill just see how it goes.


Bit of a long post, But yea, i hope to use this site and its members as motivation and hope that once i am done, people an use me as motivation.

I'm pretty knowledgeable about Gym technique and working out, so if anyone has any questions i may be able to help
