HEX A....MILK
HEX B....2 X ALPEN BARS

BREAKFAST
up late so just grabbed a banana

lunch
sw grill
2 x LM sausages
3 rashers of bacon (fat removed)
grilled tomatos
mushrooms
baked beans

dinnner
beef stew (6 syns for the gravy, didnt have much)
carrots
swede and carrot mash
fine beans
peas
broccoli

snacks 2x alpen bars (HEX B)
diet coke
2 x cups of green tea

syns.....6

swimming.... 40 lenghts.. 18 front crawl 22 breast stroke
