Hi everyone,
i'm new to this forum and sw, I have tried ww and cambride, dukan, them all basically but never sw before and I am loving it so far BUT am very worried about my first weigh in Monday as I have never done a diet like this before where pasta and bread albeit brown are allowed so my brain is screaming this isnt right lol! I never normally have a great 1st weigh in and a good 2nd, just hope I have a loss tomorrow as I have tried so hard! x
