Wasn't sure if to start one of these or not but I will see how I get on. I started WW last Monday at home weighing in at 23st 4lb the heaviest I have ever been! Weighed in for the first time today and have lost 10lb.
I'm going to start my food diary from today...

My daily allowance was 50pp but dropped to 48pp today

Week 2 day 1

Breakfast

2 satsuma's. 0pp
Hand full of grapes. 0pp

Lunch

Chicken and mushroom pizzetta from pizza hut. 12pp

Salad bar at pizza hut. 6pp (I had a little mayo and small amount of pasta)

Dinner

WW pasta meal 7pp

60g low fat cheddar. 4pp


Snacks

1 warburtons pitta bread with 30g choc Philly 7pp (I cut this into quarters and wrap individually so I only take one bit at a time!)

Packet of quavers from a multipack 2pp

Dairylea ritz dunker 3pp

Milk bounty 7pp (I have had one of these every single day!)


= 48pp dailies used, 0 weeklies used
 
Week 2 day 2

48pp per day

Breakfast

Mini box cereal (cookie crisp) with 125ml milk 5pp

Lunch

Ham and cheese salad with lettuce cucumber tomato and sweetcorn 8pp (4 slices wafer thin ham 1pp, 60g low fat cheese 5pp 30g sweetcorn 2pp)

2tbsp low fat mayo 3pp

dessert yogurt (lemon tart) 1pp

Dinner

Ww pasta meal 7pp

60g low fat cheese 5pp

Snacks

Grapes 0pp

2 satsumas 0pp

Dairylea ritz dunker 3pp

Quavers (from a multipack) 2pp

Warburtons pitta 4pp with 30g choc philly 3pp

Milk bounty 7pp

=48pp all dailies used no weeklies used still have 49 weeklies.

Managed to drink 2 litres of water today!

Well today went like this.....

Breakfast

Mini box cereal (Cheerios ) 125ml milk 5pp

Lunch

Ham and cheese salad ( ham 1pp, cheese 30g 2pp, sweetcorn 2pp, lettuce 0pp, cucumber 0pp, tomato 0pp) = 5pp

2tbsp light mayo 3pp

Dinner

Chicken chow mein from Chinese 18pp

Curry sauce from Chinese 6pp (I'm guessing?)

Snacks

Grapes 0pp

Low fat carrot cake slice 2pp

Dairylea ritz dunker 3pp

Quavers from a multipack 2pp

Warburtons pitta with 30g choc Philly 7pp

Milk bounty 7pp

= 58pp so that's.....

48 dailies and 10 weeklies used. 39 weeklies remaining.

2 litres of water drank again today!!

Was sooo hot at work today was glad to have salad again!

Breakfast

Woke up late so breakfast was grapes 0pp and 1 satsuma 0 pp

Lunch

Ham and cheese salad (4 slices wafer thin ham 1pp, lettuce 0pp, cucumber 0pp, tomatoes 0pp 30g low fat cheese 2pp) = 3pp

Low fat mayo 2 tbsp 3pp

Ww dessert yogurt 1pp

Dinner

Ww ready meal sausage and mash 9pp

Small tin baked beans 4pp

Snacks

2 slices white bread 5pp

30g choc Philly 3pp

6 mini cocktail sausages 6pp

Orange 0pp

Healthy choice carrot cake 2pp

Mars bar 7pp

= 43pp out of 48pp of dailies used,
0 weeklies used, 39 remaining

I was so stuffed after dinner and I'm not going to eat for the sake of it so 5pp left over today. Must plan tomorrow a bit better. X

Thankyou for reading my diary and for the tip on breakfast. Been managing 2 litres of water a day which I'm pleased with and hoping to get out on my pushbike tonight and get some exercise in xx
 
Well I didn't get out on the bike :-( after spending the day sweating none stop at work ( it was 35c in my little area!) all I wanted was a shower an ice cold diet pepsi and a Chinese (for the second time this week)

I'm sure I'm still within weeklies though, let's work if out and see!! ....

Ww ready meal chicken and mushroom mashed top pie 8pp

Ww dessert style yoghurt 1pp

4x chicken balls 12pp (I'm guessing?)

Snacks

Strawberries 0pp

2 slices white bread 5pp with 30g low fat Philly 1pp and cucumber 0pp

5 cocktail sausages 5pp

61pp used which = 48pp dailies used and 13 weeklies used 26 weeklies remaining phew!!
 
Shame about the bike ride but I don't blame you for giving it a miss!hope you have a good day and well done on still having weeklies left :0)
