Well it's been 2 years or so since I stopped CD and after putting a stone back on I decided to pull the reigns in and sort myself out!!

My official start date is 11th Jan, and since I don't think I can cope with SS again I'm going to do a plan that involves 2 shakes a day... Not sure that I need SS now anyway...

Looking forward to feeling better, to my clothes fitting me again, to being able to paint my toe nails and breathe at the same time and to losing the cup rest that is my stomach :eek: lol

Glad to be back to Mini's, I couldn't have done it without all the support and laughs back then and still now :grouphugg:

Change of plan? ...

Now I'm thinking to SS for a few weeks. Thought I could only afford 2 shakes a day but I realise that to do it that way will only take me longer to shift the weight, therefore, costing more :rolleyes: So SS it is!

Careful eating til the 11th, hopefully drop a pound or two before then :D Regardless of my start weight, I have set it in my mind to get rid of 1 stone :D

Also aiming for atleast 2.5 ltrs of water a day :tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop: any other fluids over that is a bonus.

Just called CDC, new start date...TOMORROW :D Suddenly wondered why I'm putting it off til the 11th :S

Trip to Asda today to shop for daughter, water bottle and other essentials so I don't have to do food shopping in my first week of SS!

Not doing cambridge...

Well I saw CDC today and my BMI is 25 so no SS for me. She was honest and said I should just eat healthily and continue with the gym, if that's not working for me then try the 1000 plan. So that's what I'm doing...

Was 2lb lighter on her scales, which is nice :D Still going there to get weighed next Tuesday, fingers crossed, want to shift a couple of lbs by then! Bought a new water bottle today too so all set...

Wish me luck, being left to your own devices is, in a lot of ways, harder!

Made it back to the gym today :D Again on Thursday for an hour. Been doing quite well eating healthily, no biscuits, cakes etc etc. Fingers crossed for 2 lb loss this week!

Day 5

Well I'm on day 5 of doing my own thing, doing not bad, heading to the gym in a mo :) Trying not to weigh myself so I can wait and see the result at CDC's. If I've not lost anything then I'm going on CD 1000 plan.

Plan today is to drink more water!! I drink plenty when on SS but when there's less urgency for water its harder to force yourself eh! New water bottle bought, good start lol.

hoping for: 2lb loss this week (atleast)

Weigh in today showed a 2lb loss :D Very chuffed with that, it's just what I wanted on my first week of doing my own thing! This week I've bought porridge and shakes to cover my breakfast and lunch, plan on having a healthy homemade meal for dinner (sensible portions). I've managed to drink more water today aswell, having the shakes helps that as you HAVE to drink!

Week 2 begins....

Had my week 2 weigh-in on Monday and lost 3lb! :D Even better than I expected, I'm expecting the loss to slow down now as I have the last few pounds to go.

Feeling very positive and well chuffed :D Week 3 is going well so far too ;)

and i hope that they dont slow down too much, so you get get back to goal and maintain it :)
