lol it was buy one get one free, i work 12 hr shifts so i left them at work, thankgod for the microwave lol xx but yes i could eat it everyday i love fish and chicken.:D

Day 13=well actually not to good today as a 12 hr shift and working very short staffed so id say alot of running around to start with then food wise..... i missed breakfast and my snack.... lunch i had a small bit of chicken and mushroom pie a tiny bit of mash and loads of fresh veg..... no afternoon snack and then tea well i felt quite hungry and had a small bowl of jam roly poly and custard..... then got home at 8.15 and had to go straight out for a party and ended up eating a small pastie and 2 vodka and diet coke.... not sure how many calories this all mounted to but im not letting it stop me so back on it to day.. one bad day does not mean a bad week so i will see what weigh in says on monday!! xx

Also how are you finding SF? What have you lost in the 13 days so far?

HI no thats my goal date and also the day i go on hols. i lost 3lb first week and wiegh tomorrow but got on this morning and it says i have lost another 2lb so hopefully tomorrow it will be 5lbs in 2 weeks.

id rather lose it slower so it stays off.
are you doing SF? x

And im finding it fine had a cpl of bad days with work but im sure i didnt go over 1300 calories so hopefully it will all be ok.
