Neutral meals on Mix 2 Match

Hello,

I'm doing OK on Mix 2 Match and the weight is slowly coming off. However, I mentioned to another slimming world member that my breakfast is always neutral and made up of super free foods and one HEB. They said that I should be having 3 red or green meals a day, and should therefore have another small meal in the afternoon that was either green or red in order to speed up my weight loss.

I can't find anything about this on the website. Does anyone know if this is true? I had not heard it before. What I am doing seems to be working, but if there is a way to speed it up I'm all for it!

i think if you read the books it mentions that snacks are to be superfree and you can use your healthy extras between meals as snacks if wanted, so your breakfast could be classed as a snack and not a meal
