    Hey sexy people,

Is it a good idea to measure yourself and keep a track of that as well as weight?

Definately, cos some weeks you feel like you have lost when the scales don't tally, but if you measure yourself you have lost inches... also good to see overall how many inches lost. I just tend to do bust, waist and hips but you can do as many as you like...

    Good luck with the measuring!!

    Love
