Well I was thinking how good I've been so I wanted a sneakie peak!! Big mistake!
I weighed in on day 4 and no loss!!!!!!!!! I'm absolutely gutted!
I know it's not over yet but it's my first week, and I should lose x
 
that is something i have done , many times ..... you will lose honestly just stick to it x
 
Annoying though, mostly that I actually done it, I haven't weight myself in weeks and I thought to myself I would have lost something!
I'll defo not be doing it again x
