Hi Everyone ! I am here again . I always seem to veer back to high protein low carb . I do like the Harcombe Diet and it produces amazing weight losses . I start today at 17st 9. I have the added complication of a gastric band but have had some of the restriction taken out. The band hasn't really worked for me. I am three stone lighter than when I had it done three years ago but it's been a three year battle too. My weight started creeping up recently and after a couple attempts at various diets I am back to the harcombe diet. If you can do five days that's brill but last time I tried it i was scared to move onto phase two in car I undid all my hard work. It was because of this i gave up. I will post my daily food on here and any help in assisting me to move to phase 2really would be appreciated after I have done the first five days. I am on day 1 - here goes!!
