    Hi everyone.

My name is Julia and I started Lipotrim about three weeks ago.

First week lost 6lb, then second week only 2. (Which I have to say I was happy with but the pharmacist said ahhh only 2lb)

Anyway my little girl ended up in hospital with pneumonia and Ive completely gone off the wagon.

Firstly its so hard to eat normal food and stay good. And secondly I cannot bear going through that first stage again (it was dreadful).

I need some motivation from you all - and wonder if I can do this, not eating anything at all.

Does anyone else cheat if only a little. Or do you all just stay to shakes only. Help I feel totally out of control. Its Monday tommorow and hopefully my new start. Again!!!!!
    :sigh:

    Hi Jools,

It is a very tough diet. I've done lipotrim now for six weeks and have had the occasional low carb/fat diet and have lost consistantly. I may have lost more if I'd stuck to it 100%, but I know I wouldn't have remained on the diet.

My brother came to the pharmasist with me on Friday. The pharmasist didnt want him to go on it as he hasn't got a lot to lose. He eventually said yes. He came home raring to go and by the evening was eating. He simply does not have the will power. We sat down and devised an eating programme for him. Basically its 50% lipotrim and 50% atkins diet. Both work by ketosis. He used to go the whole day without eating then binge in the evening. He is now going to have a liptrim in the morning (womens), one for lunch and a high protein, low carb main meal in the evening....he is then going to have another shake for supper. He has already lost 4lbs since Friday (I hate him..only joking). If you can stick to lipotrim FANTASTIC, but if not you need to find an alternative. It doesnt matter how we lose weight as long as its going down. I think once he's in ketosis then he may somedays have shakes all day.....its easier once the first few days are over.

    Hope this helps.
    xx

Its my third restart , i guess if you can think why you are doing this then will help . Think every time i break off its either trying to get back to CD/ or some other slimming thing . Cos until you lose the weight you want its always there the thought , i have to sort this out . I guess you will know on monday . Good luck

It does work best and most losses when you stick to shakes..however have heard of Cambridge....some of the gals who find SSing to hard go on the 790 (I think its called) where you have shakes for Breakfast and Lunch and then have a low cal dinner...which means you have th best of both worlds...and you still get great losses....

She's probably very busy re-fitting her corsets for the photoshoot as they may already be too big for her!
