    ok....I'm starting today!

been stuck with head in the sand for last 12 months...with everything in my life....but i'm going to change all that...

last year I got out of a dreadful marriage and managed to lose 4 stone....but i've been in a slump since christmas....all my initial get up and go....well got up and gone!

not put on any weight but not lost anything since then....and Im sick of being overweight and feeling bad about myself. Things have got to change......hopefully a support forum will spur me on.

Been reading all your stories and they are so inspirational.

hope in a few months my story will start be inspirational too :)

Can't give advice regarding Tesco shakes as never used them and I am going to slimming world but just wanted to wish you luck as you have taken the 1st step which is normally the hardest one by saying you want to loose weight. Best of luck x

Hi, I also started eurodiet on monday 22nd aug after 2 weeks on lipotrim. Its pretty easy so far but I'm disappointed in the stage 1 box. out of 28 meals 21 are puddings drinks and sweet stuff. I have had to have a small protein meal of an evening which has taken me to stage 2. The only decent meal is the omelette and a few of the soups are ok. I'm still in ketosis which is good but the choice of foods is poor. When I go to get weighed this week I won't be buying another box but I do want to stay on the eurodiet. I will probably have to order some savoury stuff from the eurodiet website. Have you found this to be a problem?:sigh:
