new begining for me ......

Hi all

i lost 4 stone on weight watchers before the new points came into place :) and when the new pp came to light i didnt think it would work for me :cry:i and joined slimming world for a change which i have put weight on a whole stone !!!! im giving weight watchers pp a go but i am doing this at home i am fed up of waisting £5 a week on getting weighed and saying i lost a pound and the next week put 1 on . so here goes...........

i brought the books eating out guide and shopping guide and the diary i know what points im allowed and the weekly ones too
i need to know how much milk i can have and how many points ( unsweetned soya )

Hi I've only joined 2 weeks ago, depending o ur weight and height the lowest points u can have is 29 In a day, and 49 to use anytime in de week you cannot Carey points over, for 1/2 pint of semi skimmed milk it's 4pp
