Hi peeps,

I have just started LLL.

Any tips and advice will be hugely appreciated.

I have had 2litres of water today...

My milk allowance

Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch:Veg soup
Dinner: prawn salad.

Please advice if this is ok as I am so worried I am paying so much and might be doing it wrong ...

Looks to me like Uve only had 2 packs today and should have 3 on lite. I think I'm going to struggle having 3 and a meal each day but once u can have the bars they are a nice evening treat.

Iv just had the cranberry and raspberry one and it's defo my face bar x
