I, my venture (re) starts 1st jan. Packs arrived this morning, few planned meals out but I will be good as I can. I'm a shift worker so hopefully will stick to plan easier on work days.

Few weddings next year and also on the mission to find someone special in my life too so fingers crossed, I think I have the motivation. My major downfall for my increasing waistline I think is alcohol and over the festive season that's prob not helped. Any excuse eh, but that too has to stop. Well, can't drink on plan anyway!

Ill update regularly as incentive and for whomever wishes to follow my story to do so. Hoping a stone a month, that seems average I think.

Got up late, strawberry shake for brekkie. Gonna try get on top of the housework I think. I'm off work for a week which I think will make this harder as I have a lot of time on my hands. Let's see how determined I am for 2014. I need to be tempted not to scale hop.... Hopefully the housework will burn a few cals! Good luck with your day peeps!
 
Good luck exanteslim. I'm currently tackling my little boys room. 2 shakes down. Will have a hot choc mint before bed again was yummy yesterday! Thjnk that will be my daily treat. I've only bought shakes but may order some meals I think. Decisions decisions!

Just had a nibble of kebab Abd a few chips..... Only a teeny bit so hopefully not done much harm but it's only chuffing day 2 and I wasn't even hungry! What an idiot. WHAT AN IDIOT.... Not had my third pack so won't bother now but Gonna be 100% tomorrow/. 2014 is for me. I'm gonna succeed.
 
Just put it behind you and go 100% tomorrow. You'll be fine.
 
Back on it today. Shake for brekkie, gonna wait until later for lunch Abd have my hot choc for tea. Decided cheating is only costing me money and stress in the long run, so what is the actual point. I wasn't hungry last night. Prob should have just gone to bed..... I'm gonna go out later and buy one of those tamper proof money boxes. For each 1lb I lose I'm gonna put £2 in there. Considered £1 but then thought why.....I'm saving money on the plan so it will get me more in the long run. I'm also a not massive drinker, but I do enjoy wine at least a few times a week, and a glass usually turns into a bottle. Gonna put £5 in the money box too every time I fancy a drink.... Fingers crossed! We are all in this together! Stay positive today folks x
 
I like the moneybox idea. I think I'll do that. I already have one on my desk at work for loose change.
