So, just got my new book with the new weights of Healthy extras etc.

For me the positives so far would be:
* More cheese
* More bacon on a green day

Negatives
* No longer 42g of Allbran but 35g
* No longer 3 slices of WW wholemeal bread only 2

What is everyone elses thoughts??

Odd I wonder what the science is behind that? Is garlic purée free lol

They changed the recipe of albran a while back and it has quite a lot more calories than before - maybe thats why it has been reduced?

Ooh, raisin wheats? I love them. Is it just the raisin ones? I sneak a few of my baby's raspberry and cranberry ones when he has them in the morning, would they count as a heb?

The book says... 35g kelloggs frosted / raisin wheats.... I personally would class the raspberry ones as a B too, but if you find you're not losing weight it may be best not to, think we all make a few tweeks! hehe x

I know, I always use to have that or Allbran as 42g didn't look that pathetic in the bottom of the bowl, I know it's only 7g difference but blaaahh!!!

It's a tweak I suppose, but if you can have 2 alpen lights or 2 hifi lights as a HEB, then they must be equivalent. I'd do it!

Pros - more porridge
cons - only 3 sesame ryvita instead of 4 for a hexb. Boooo! I can feel a tweak coming on haha!

And the fact that you haven't got to mess around having scan bran if you want porridge (wish I'd read this thread before I made my porridge this morning!!) lol
