    A quick introduction...

    Last year i lost 70lbs on LT in 19 weeks and went from a size 18 to a size 8/10. This was great and I became the person I'd always dreamt of being..confident, full of get up and go. I combined this with going to the gym up to 4-5 times a week. Of course life gets in the way and I couldnt maintain the amount of hours I was spending at the gym, combined with having to cancel it for money reasons at the time and consequently a lot of that weight has gone back on...

    I am back to feeling crappy again and not liking myself as well for letting myself down and getting this way again.. why!!??

    So I'm now pledging to lose the weight ive gained and get back to how I was in May last year.

    Below is what I am going to do:
    No chocolate unless in a cake as a celebration for a birthday or something.
    No alcohol unless for same reason

    No bingeing
    Sensible portions
    Low fat

    To go to the gym at least 3x a week

    To love myself again!!
    (I might add to this later)

    Im going to log in and try to record every days worth of food with calorie value so i can keep track (adding as i go)

    Harriet, congratulations on having managed to lose 70lb last year. At least you know you can do it again, though. And you know what went wrong last time and will, perhaps, be less likely to do it again.
