New Diary - New ME!!!

    This is the first day of a new me!
    I already have a diary on here but felt that i needed a new start therefore a new diary. I weigh in class every thursday at 6.15 pm, but do not stay as a like to get home to put my gorgeous little girl to bed!
    So a little about me i am 29 (soon to be 30 arghhhhh), have been married for 3 yrs and have a 2 yr old little girl. I currently weigh 11 stone 4lb, and would love to be back to me pre wedding weight of 10 stone!!

    Heres to my first day of the new me!!!:)

    Thursday 10 November 2011 - Extra Easy

    Breakfast
    2 x weetabix HEB
    Semi skimmed Milk HEA

    Lunch
    2 x W/meal Nimble 6 syns
    Baked Beans
    Banana

    Dinner
    Gammon
    Mashed pots (no butter)
    Mixed Veg

    Right not the best of starts if i am honest, had a nightmare weekend. Just going top pick myself up, dust myself down and start again!!:eek:

    The only thing I would suggest is, your breakfast and lunch seems to be somewhat lacking in SuperFree. Remember, 1/3rd of your plate should be SuperFree foods, so you might want to increase these.

    Apart from that it looks good, you're using your Healthy Extras and Syns really well :)

    Dreaded weigh in today not feeling great about it, but its going to be good to see exactly what i weigh, and will give me the kick up the bum i really need!! Heres to day one of following the rules!

    Hi Princess Stevie & Chun-ky, weigh in at 6.15 pm every thursday and 1/2 Ib off last week, better than nothing i guess! Thank you for reading, really gives me the kick need when i know someone is interested!:)

    Well i can honestly say i have no idea where that weekend went!!! :sigh:I didnt even have time to pop on here to update the old diary, doesnt mean i wasnt a good girl though! Had a christening yesterday and had a few bits of party food but all within syns whoop whoop!!

    Hi hun. Doesn't look like you've had a lot to eat at all today, and certainly not 1/3rd SuperFree. I know you said you find it hard, but 1/3 SF is an essential part of the Extra Easy plan.

    You're doing really well with your Healthy Extra's and managing your Syns really well. The only thing I would look at is your SuperFree consumption.

    I know, really want hungry yesterday - unusual for me though:confused:
    Hopefully made up for it dinner time, had a shed load of veg with my steak. Feeling really bloated today, which is making me tired! Anyway enough of my moaning, lets get on with the day!
    Just want to say thank you again for reading my diary and giving me the advice and motivation a i need to get through the day.:thankyou:

    Well completely messed up the weekend, Saturday consisted of Baguette and chips & Chinese in the evening. Sunday wasnt much better with a Harvester and loads of bread!!! Never mind really enjoyed myself so just going to start fresh today! Oh and i put 1/2 lb on thursday!:rolleyes:

    Not loads going on today as not done a food shop yet, will be hitting sainsburys later:D

    Hi Ali, i weigh at home every thursday evening, but have slacked a little lately and put a fair bit of weight back on. But fear not with all the support on here, i am planning to start again today!!:D
