New diary

OK been at this pro points thing for 4 weeks now and decided it's time to start a diary..

I'm a mom of 2 who has been carrying around an extra stone for 8 years!!! After my mom died 2 years ago it crept up lb by lb until I finally decided to do something about it:eek:

4weeks into ww I have lost 8lbs .
Finding it tough at times but never hungry and enjoying trying out new recipes , which I would love to share here :)

TODAY

bfast: yoghurt berries and kiwi. 2 pp
1/2 bagel and peanut butter.6pp
Coffee. 1pp

lUNCH. 0points soup
2ryvita w cream cheese. 3pp
Apple

dINNER: m&s count on us fish pie. 9pp. yUMMY:talk017:
bROCCOLI

Dessert: m&s portion control Ameretto mousse. 3pm

snacks: nachos. 3pp
Cherries
Glass of White wine 3 pp
Cake bar. 3pp


Total 32 ( 29pp and 3 weeklies)

not a great poster.....

oops ment to write on this every day ....

Just had yummy tomato soup with ryvita and cream cheese for lunch.:p

Did a 45 min class at the gym earlier. was tough but feel great.:D

for dinner..... hmmmm maybe ill make a pasta and blue cheese ww recipe that i saw in the mag.

Ill post up the recipe if its good.
