New diet for the new year. Help!

I am 28 years old, my partner and I have been trying to conceive my second baby (his first) and we have been trying for just over 2 years.

After months of tests at the fertility clinic they have now decided they want to prescribe me chlomid but they won't do anything until I lose 3 stone bringing my weight down to a low enough bmi.

I have no idea where to start, so angry with myself for letting it get so bad. And so exhausted and disheartened after trying for so long.

Any advice from anyone who has come out the other side after similar?
