NEW GIRL

    Hello,

    I am very new, started Cambride diet 1 month ago.

    Doing very well

    wk 1 = 9.3/4lbs
    wk 2 = 5lbs
    wk 3 = 4.1/4lbs

    weigh in tomorrow, finding things a lot easier now. Have done a ticker but not sure if Ive done it correctly.

    Welcome Meadow girl, I think your ticker is back to front. Try clicking on it and changes the weights around. lol

    Thank you Sonki for your kind words, I knew I would do something wrong and make myself look really really stupid.
    I have had a go at correcting that stupid frog but nothing seems to work.

    I will continue without help of any jumping assistants

    The above link will help you with different things you can set up, some need to have a certain amount of posts to have say an avatar (picture) under your name.
    There will be a tutorial on setting up your tracker too.

    You could try families.com.....if you look in my signature and click on my tracker this may be easier to set up. I also find it easy to change too.

    You need to put your start weight, your weight now and your goal weight, then copy the bb code into your signature. You got most of it right.
    Try editing your tracker see if you can get it
