New here - and determined!

Hi everyone!

I'm new to the forums but not new to trying to lose weight! Over the past two years my weight has crept up and up and I've not committed properly to any diet. But circumstances have changed recently and I have the opportunity to spend a bit more time on myself.

To give myself a boost I've done the quite odd 3 day diet - but will be on a healthy eating/calorie counting plan from tomorrow.

I'm relatively new here myself, but finding it a great motivation so far. Are you following a specific diet or going to a certain group, or are you going it alone?
