I tend to go for the same most days...

Breakfast - muller light (0.5 syns) or natural fat free yoghurt (0 syns) with mixed fruit.
Lunch - I have couscous (1.5 syns) with peppers, onions and sweetcorn. You could have boiled rice instead of couscous and add some chicken or egg to it and make it the night before.
Some people I know at work make a soup or have a tin of soup for 1 syn in a thermos flask.
You could have some pasta or if you've got a few syns spare you could get those snack packs like pot noodles they do with pasta or naked noodle company I think is lowish syns.
Snacks - The easiest I've found are alpen light bars as my healthy extra b (2 per day allowed) and mini babybel lights (6 per day! allowed as healthy extra A). Hartleys 10 calorie jelly pots are 0.5 syns.
