Hi Everyone

im new to this so all help will be greatly appreciated!!

i was on slimming world lost 10lb but fell of the band wagon! now back to my first weight and needing help to lose it again!

can you please guide me in any way you can of to what points is in things! so i can guide myself threw things!

Works out i can have 22 points a day!

I would suggest you go to one class just to get the books and the new member talk, or failing that get them on ebay. People here are very helpful but you need to get the basics first.
