Hiya everyone, I'm new to this site, I was using cd page on facebook for supposed but it seems to have been removed :(, so here I am, just started my 12 week of ss and iv lost 3 stone and 3lbs, don't really have a goal but I guess I'd like to b a size 12-14, looking forward to giving and receiving support on here! Good luck everybody x

I'm struggling today. Lots of good food around me but I've stayed strong. Think I just need to keep busy. Am keeping my shake till later too so I don't go to bed hungry. Can never sleep when im hungry.

Lol. 11,3 and about half seven for me!! Just at the end of day 4 now. Thankfully had friends over tonight which has worked great at distraction so only just had last shake of the day. Hopefully I'll now be in ketosis (no symtoms but am aware they'll be lessend by the water) and it will start getting easier. Looking forward to wi on tue to push me through too :) desperately avoiding my own scales in the mean time lol.

How about you where are you and what are your goals etc? X

I'm on week 12 and i have my weigh in on tues also, it sounds silly but I don't have a goal and don't no when I'm gunna stop, just hoping when the time comes I'll no, to start with I said a size 16 (i started at 22) but now I'm nearly there I'm not ready to stop, iv never been skinny, a size 14 would of been my smallest, and that was about 10years and two kids ago haha I started at a whooping 18st 4lbs and now 15st 1lb I'd like my bmi to be healthy but I can't see me getting down to 11st it just seems so unrealistic for me, how about u? X

Claudia I was 18,2 with 2 kiddies one is 3 in December and my youngest is 2 in may. I'm now 10,7 and 5ft7. Stick with it you can do this x

I know what u mean. I have this idea of 9st13 just because its under 10 and puts me in the right bmi at about 24. I've agreed with my CDC though that we've no final goal as for me it's more about how I feel in myself if that makes sense. Am prob between 16/18 now and hoping around a 12 just for the nice clothes lol. You've done really well so far. Have you done it all on ss? X

Mainly on ss yes, had one planed day off for a family wedding, and if I'm really struggling I have a bit of chicken, this might no go for everyone but iv found added chilli powder to soups and drinking green tea has really helped as my first lost wasn't massive but since then I seem to b losing at least 4 a week x

My cdc said this to me. If struggling can have 50g chicken and lettuce, cucumber, green pepper and fat free balsamic or vinaigrette dressing. Have had to turn to it once so far, nice to have the reserve tho x

I'm just reminding myself why I'm doing it. Putting my clothes on each morning does a good job, I look awful. I fold over my trousers, I'm just not happy with any part of me :( so im using that sob story lol to focus me, if I stick to this, and I agree it can be tough, I could drop three stone for Xmas, perhaps even more? What a motivation that is, think of the fun in the Christmas sales x

Plus. I really can't be a fat mom any more. My kids are learning so much from me, they eat better than I ever have (I'm a bit OCD about them growing up with correct eating habits) but they're soon going noticing more of what me and hubby do so i need to fix me , my weight, eatin habits and exercise regime, so that they grow up with this being normal and not a battle once they're in their twenties like it has been for me. The thought of my kids feeling about themselves like I do, not good x

The scales keep me motivated, every week I'm delighted in what I see, it really is a buzz! And I'm getting use to all the complements, everyday I'm getting them and if makes me think "wait till iv finished" they spur me on so much, it's also a control thing, 'I'M in control of my weight loss and it feels fantastic x
