Ok well im not new to the site iv been joined for a while and iv done WW but i always seem to give up after losing a stone in the first few weeks I thought CC would be better cause then im re-educating myself with normal evryday food ect... I started on the 24th october so this is my 2nd weeks. I didnt keep a very good track on my first week but i did lose 4.5lbs well since then iv failed i do really well all day and then just pig out on junk at night when im not even hungry well today im determind to stick it out as i know it gets easier as the days go on. My WI days at mondays so im trying to be good and do plenty of exercise by the and fingers crossed i havnt gained. If anyone uses MFP please feel free to add me 'TimeToCrackOn'
