This is my 2nd attempt, after getting just 4lbs from target, taking a 1 month hiatus and regaining the lot!!

Starting weight - 11.13
Goal - 11.00

Red day!

B. red pepper omelette with cheese (hexa) and bacon
L. Chicken salad with parmesan (hexa), dressing (3 syns) and croutons (hexb)
D. Turkey breast and saute potatoes (hexb)
S. flapjack finger (6.5 syns), orange, fruit salad with yogurt
Dr. Black coffee, water, peppermint tea, diet coke

E. 8 mile run

Total syns - 9.5 syns

It's all going well so far!
I'll be resting now before my half marathon on Sunday (perhaps just a swim on Saturday).

Another successful day :)

Day 4 tomorrow - going to do my first weigh in as I'll be doing so on Fridays.

First challenge tomorrow. Going out for Indian, I've thought ahead as to what I can have and I'm going to save my hexb's to account for oil.

Weight - 11.10 1/2 - 3lbs off in 4 days!

I didn't quite stick to the plan yesterday, I ended eating hardly any curry (didn't fancy it), but drank A LOT, then ate a pizza...

So, today, resting before the run tomorrow.

Been a completely off plan few days leading up to my half marathon today!
It was crazy hot, but knocked 3mins off my pb :)

I've changed my mind and i'm going EE for a while, that's what I I'd right at the start and it worked!
Only 11 days until holiday - dnt think I'll be getting the lose I wanted!

Soooo ended up having some crumble when I got in last night, only a small bit, but puts me over for yest!

So it's not been the best of weekends, I managed an STS this week, and it'll probs be the same next! Plus I'm on holiday from Friday! My heads not in the game! Going to do my best an step it up when I get back!

L. Chicken salad and fruit, fibre plus (5.5), milky bar (3.5)
D. Chicken and noodles, gyoza, yakitori (6 for oil?)

Syns - 23.5, the curry was worth it!

No exercise, packing for holiday and I'll be doing a long run tomorrow!
Weigh in will have to be in the really early hours fri morn before I jet off!
