New journey, been on the road a long time!

Today is day two of lipotrim, never done a diet like this before. I usually do Akins and loose 4/5 stone then give up and pile it all back on. The only thing I have ever been good at is visiting the gym which I do regularly.

I was attracted too lipotrim because of the rapid weight loss but the thought of no more meals with friends birthday dinners etc is the hardest though at the minute. After day two I have had a headache both days and I'm a bit hungry, finding this quiet hard, harder than Atkins but I will keep going!

I am hoping everyone is right and the first week is the hardest! My aim is to stay on this until Xmas which at the minute seems mega hard, perseverance!

Hi kimberley welcome to the forum, the first week is the hardest. Drink plenty of water and stay strong, good luck

Stick with it, it does get easier. You will find your amazing weight losses will get you through from one week to the next. I'm on week five, and it's so much easier than it was at the start. Got to admit, the first week was HELL! Second week was not too bad, third week was HELL but fourth week I had cracked it. My HELL weeks coincided with functions I had been invited to and didn't attend because I couldn't face being in the same room as anyone eating or drinking. I'm ok with it now and can socialise without food or drink now. My home scales say I've reached 2 stone now, that's 4 weeks and 4 days. What other diet gives you them results? I've also dropped 2 dress sizes :0) KEEP GOING!!! Get through 1 week at a time and that is all!

Thanks for the replies guys :) I had a vanilla shake for the first time tidy and it was horrid! Drunk 1l of water so far today so going to push for 3 litres today :)

Try the vanilla blended with ice and then put some cold coffee in it it is lovely and I dont even like coffee

Had a really hard day yesterday, think it was partially due to boredom but also due to hunger. Hoping today is a bit easier, I'm dreading the bank holiday think that will be a test of willpower!

Been much easier today, hope that the 4 day rule is true and I can continue feeling okay!

Not sure how much I'm going to loose this week, going to have to be weighed Monday this week because of other commitments but I just feel like I haven't lost much?? Dunno hoping to be pleasantly surprised but so far feel like I haven't shifted much :(

I thought that this week too but lost 5 so you never know GL

I weigh myself everyday at home, I find that helps get me through each day seeing the scales go down. So far I have not had a bad week, but my job is active it involved me being on my feet for several hours a day so I guess a little bit of exercise helps. x
