New March and April challenge EXCERCISE

:party0049:Right summer is coming and i want to know who is up for some excercise to get fit and lose extra weight quicker.
It doesnt mean you have to turn into Sally Gunnel or Lynford Christie.....but it would benefit our lives for the better.

My challenge for march/ april is to do

RUTHYJ357- AT LEAST 20 MINS ON MY X-TRAINER EVERY OTHER DAY.

Good idea......... my papershop is closing so instead of finding another one that delivers I will.......

* walk 15 mins to tesco every day after work to buy paper (with exactly 40p in my hand so I can't buy extras!!)

Will do 15 minutes on my Lateral Thigh Trainer EVERY day!

I pledge to do 10 mins a day on my trampette (once our puppys old enough to go outside I'll change my pledge) xxx

My pledge is to run 3 times a week (or do aerobics tape in place of) and 1 strengthening/weights session a week

Ruthy... it's 15 minutes to the shop, but then I have to walk back too, so in reality I would actually be walking for 30 minutes (therefore I don't look so lazy). Hehe xxx

I'm in :)

I will walk either to or from work instead of getting the bus (30 min walk). If its the weekend or I have a day off, then 30 mins on the trampette (starting from tomorrow, better dig it out!).

GOOD THREAD

WICKED THREAD!!! Count me in guys...:D I take my dog out every day for half hour to hour... Also got rowing machine which i have only been on twice but promise as from tomorrow will go on every day even for 15 mins ......

In the past when i have done exercise it's the inch loss aswel as lbs that i notice. So i will record my inch loss at the end too :)

oooooooooo get you Ms Bumpy0, i need to find a tape measure that i can get around my sorry ass!
Lol joking its not quite that bad, ill measure myself in the morning and ill let you know how i do.

A brilliant challenge - count me in. Starting today.:p
To start with I will dust down the Ab trainer I have and it says 6 mins a day so that number 1.
Also walk at least 30 minutes a day (3 times a week to start with), so thats number 2.
Get my bike out of the shed and start cycling for a minimum of 20 minutes a day (twice a week to start with), so thats number 3.
Probably find it easier the next 2 weeks as I am off for the school holidays. Must say when I used to go to the gym first thing of a morning - I had aso much energy for the rest of the day also I am having trouble sleeping and our school nurse says exercise should help you sleep.:rolleyes:
Good idea to get out the tape measure.:confused:

My day so far done 10 mins on my x-trainer with music blasting in the background, ill do the other 10 later.
I feel like ive got so much more energy! and i think it will give me more insentive to stick to the diet!

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE TAKING PART IT WILL BE WORTH IT IN THE END!
