Has anyone tried asda meditteranean vegetables with cherry tomatoes (£1.50 in freezer) I don't like vegetables but am thinking along with maybe chicken stock cube possibly tin chopped tomatoes and extra water it would make a nice soup. It has some basil dressing already over the veg and pack works out out 4/5 pp so could have possibilites of maybe 1pp a bowl... like i say all a maybe but worth a shot. I am busy with by old favourite "curry stew" today and a nice chunky beef burguinnon (?) for dinner but this soup will be tested on the weekend. I shall let you all know how it goes-good or bad
