Hellow welcome to the world of WW :) I hope you find it good for you - I do - it is a very good plan. When i started i bought a load of WW ready meals to get me started, and they were also there if i needed something quick to prevent the snacking. I dont eat them much now apart from in work at lunch sometimes, the points system is understandable to me now. Good Luck on your journey hun. xx

thanks for the advice. i ended up using up y'day's sunday lunch leftovers, potato, carrot and parsnip made into a kind of bubble n squeak, probaly not very healthy at all but at least i didnt eat crisps after like i usually would lol cant wait to get to a meeting so i can work out my points.

Welcome to the mad world of WW. I am sure that once you get on the programme that you will do very well on it. It's great and still you can eat "normal" foods and not starve yourself. Good Luck with your weigh in on Wednesday.

thanks for the good luck, i'll need it i have no willpower what soever but really need to shift this weight so at the minute im determined to give it a good go.

i started a notebook today at the front i have points for things i regularly eat, in the middle recipies and food diary at the back, i figure if i keep this by my side it should be easy - well i hope so anyway:giggle:
